Well I am finally joining the world of bloggers! Not really sure as to what I am doing, but I am sure over time I will get the hang of it.
Can't believe that the year is coming to an end..and what a year it has been. In January, I officially started my business of photography. We went with SPCphotography,my initials Steve Patrick Chokas. At first I wasn't sure if taking my hobby of photography to the next level, and offering my services to people outside my circle was a good idea, LOL, but not only am I happy with this decision, but I am proud of what I accomplished in such a short time.
I created my facebook page www.facebook.com/SPCphotography which now has over 200 fans, and created my web page, www.wix.com/spcphotograph2/spcphotography well OK, work definitely needs to be done there, but it is a work in progress!
I have taken many family portraits, covered 3 events and did 4 fashion shoots, 2 of which got published 1 in Move Magazine and the other in Auxiliary Magazine.
I am now booked for 3 weddings next year, and hoping once I get a good portfolio on those that there will be more to come.
I have met some wonderful people and had the opportunity to work with some amazing people including Pretty Deadly Stylz and JMT Performance Horses!
I can't wait to see what 2012 brings, but I hope you will check back and take the journey with me!
